Description

A standard jelly powder with a 1:5.5 dilution ratio for those who want a lowest possible powder cost.

Flavours

Orange, Greengage, Lemon, Strawberry.

Preparation Instructions

1kg to 5.5lt. water. Add 3lt. boiling water to 1kg powder in a mixing bowl and stir until completely dissolved. Add 2.5lt. cold or iced water and refrigerate until set.

Packing

25kg woven polypropylene bag with polythene liner.
10kg woven polypropylene bag with polythene liner.

Ingredients

Sugar, gelatin, citric acid, sodium citrate, colourants including Tartrazine, salt, flavourants, vitamin C.
