Description

A powdered fat containing milk solids designed to replace milk powder in ice cream sorbet.

Preparation Instructions

Replace existing skim milk powder and at least 50% of whey powder & vegetable fat in formula. As the end product can be different depending on the rest of the ingredients, trial batches are advisable.

Packings

25kg woven polypropylene bag with a polythene liner.

Ingredients

Glucose solids, vegetable fat (HPKO), non-fat milk powder, whey powder, potassium phosphate, emulsifier, anti-caking agent.
