Description

A spraydried basic meat flavour powder produced from a mixture of hydrolysed vegetable protein and autolysed yeast.

Application

The product is used as an ingredient in products such as soups and stews where a basic meat flavour plus protein enhancement is required.
Recommended use level 0,2 - 10% depending on end product required.
